"The cat looks normal, but has a skull with two faces, two noses, two mouths and four eyes," says Clarice dos Santos, whose cat gave birth to a litter of four kittens.
Clarice contacted a private clinic about what to do with the kitten. According to the vet Denilson da Silva Vargas, at the Center for Zoonosis Control of Itajai, the case is rare.

Apparently the kitten should be identical twins, which is also rare among cats, but an error in cell division caused the anomaly. As the kitten has not yet been examined, it is not known whether it will be possible to save it.
