Man pickets restaurant over all you can eat policy

Give a man a fish and feed him for a day? Not for one disgruntled customer, who is claiming false advertising after an all-you-can-eat restaurant kicked him out. Weighing in at 350 pounds and standing six-feet-six-inches tall, Bill Wisth knows he has a large appetite.

He took it to a Wisconsin restaurant for an advertised all-you-can-eat dinner. After eating a dozen pieces of fried fish... Wisth wanted more, but the restaurant said it was running out of fish and patience.

YouTube link.

It sent him home with eight more pieces, but that wasn't enough for Wisth, who is claiming false advertising. He even called the police and came back with a picket sign two days later.

A waitress says Wisth, who has a tab at the restaurant, has been a problem customer before. Wisth plans to picket the restaurant every Sunday until something changes.

If I owned the restaurant, I would refuse to ever serve him again. Pay up your tab, moocher.

Now that many Americans suffer from obesity, the all-you-can-eat restaurants should probably not be all-you-can-eat.

Wasn't that the plot of a Simpson's episode a few years ago?

Remember Homer became a freakshow exhibit after suing a fish restaurant who promised all you can eat. It's a measure of how ridiculous the US has become that an outlandish and unrealistic comedy script has turned into real life.

It's a privately owned restaurant (as per) so they can just refuse to serve him. His picketing will just give them free publicity.

And the restaurant can just add an * saying "we reserve the right to limit how much food you can have if you eat THAT much more than any reasonable person could."
